Classmates of '65
Ready or not, it is here... our 40th Reunion!
It's difficult to comprehend that we are already the "old" alum, just like those gents
who we witnessed celebrating their 40th when we were graduating. Remember Diana Ross singing "Baby, Baby... Where
Did Our Love Go?" in the mid '60s" Ditto the last 40 years as well. A blur!
On the left, you can see that it takes quite a cadre to pull-off any reunion much less a
40th. And when we are boasting the moniker "The Great Class of '65," it is imperative that the Class's reunion lives
up to that greatness. And, so we intend.
In mid-February, each Classmate will receive in the mail a Reunion Registration
Form. Please look for it after February 15th.
As you will also note to the left, every committee member's email address is live so that
you can effortlessly dash-off an email to an old friend or acquaintance with whom you would like more information.
And, on the topic of emails, we would like to call your attention
to our request for your email addresses. Further, we have provided a box for your approval to share them with classmates
by posting them on this reunion site (Classmates Directory). Though we understand the sensitivity which some people may have about such
a posting, our intention is to create a network so that Classmates can connect. To this neworking concept, we have
registered the url www.sotr.net for "Still On The Road Network." Bookmark the url so that you
can come directly to this site.
We encourage you to frequently revisit this site as we will be listing names of people attending,
others who are contemplating and events as they are finalized.
In closing, be sure to register early. We are working to keep the cost to a minimum.
Early registrations are the best way for us to gauge and allocate our budgets.
We're hoping to see you in Hanover June 13-15th.
